Yesterday

Yesterday was so productive!  I had a meeting during lunch so I got home a little bit early.  And despite being locked out (those of you who follow my Instagram and Twitter know this) I got so much done!

I made a scrumptious dinner with baked chicken and mashed potatoes.  I cleaned everything, organized ALMOST everything, and did laundry!  It just makes you feel so good!

Yesterday Hubbs and I started our six week plan.  It involves home work outs, running, yoga, eating healthy, training for a 5k, journal writing and reading scriptures.  Another part of it is to see where I am now as far as how many pushups and sit ups I can do without stopping and then where I end up at.  I am excited about this because I have never been able to do more than one push up … if that … I know right?!

So here we go! I am going to be a stronger, healthier, better version of myself!  Okay confession … Have you seen The Last Song?  When I work out and it gets too hard I think to myself … I want her stomach I want her abs … I don’t know why that happened … but so it is.  Sorry I’m not sorry …
