The Perfect Princess Tea Party

While Ioua was at work I told my cutie cousin that we should have a tea party!  It was so much fun!!!  I even found my older sister’s 8th grade prom dress and put it on so that I could be fancy too!

When I was little my Aunt Donetta was baby sitting me and she took me to a toy store.  She asked me if I had a tea set and when I told her I didn’t she said she would buy me one because every little girl needs a tea set!  And right she was!  I have no idea how I managed to keep all of the pieces together after all of these years, but I am sure glad I did.

Anyway, it was so funny because she was all dressed up and so excited to be having the tea party, but when it was time to begin she DEMOLISHED her brownie!  Maybe that has something to do with being 3 years old?  I don’t know, but Grandma Gardner thought it was the funniest thing that ever happened.  She kept laughing and laughing in her sweet laugh and kept trying to teach her to take little bites and drink little sips.  Little cousins saucer had more milk in it than her tea cup.  But it was so fun and magical and it didn’t even matter!

So we decided to invite Aunt Dixie (my mom) and Grandma Gardner to have the tea party with us.  But they HAD to dress up first!  They were good sports and soon we were having more fun than we could handle.  (Don’t judge us too harshly – we had all just gotten out of the shower.)
